GGW Group acquires all shares of Dansk Arbejdsskadeforsikring Agentur A/S (DASF)

Ballerup/Hamburg, 24 January 2025 – GGW Group and DASF are happy to announce that DASF joins the GGW Group on 1 January 2025 as part of WECOYA UNDERWRITING, and that the previous owners of DASF will continue as shareholders of GGW Group.

DASF is an underwriting agency specializing in Workmen’s Compensation insurance and has had a successful development in the Danish market since the establishment in 2016. From the new premises of World Trade Center in Ballerup, DASF services the Danish broker community through its 25 staff members.

GGW Group is a European insurance group based in Germany and active across 12 countries in Europe. MGAs are working under the umbrella company WECOYA. Today, GGW Group has more than 1,800 employees and places a premium volume of approx. DKK 15 billion.

WECOYA adds DASF to the portfolio of Danish agencies, which include balticfinance, Global forsikringsagentur, and Din forsikringsagent.
